What is a cylinder exchange?
You hand over your empty cylinder and we hand back a full one of the same size. You are paying for the gas, not the steel, which is why exchange prices are far lower than buying a new cylinder.
What if I do not own a cylinder yet?
Buy the new Ubao 9kg once. It arrives full, and every refill after that is on exchange pricing.
How long does a 9kg cylinder last?
Roughly a month of normal family cooking on a two-plate hob. Heaters burn through it faster — a small gas heater run every evening in winter will empty a 9kg in about two weeks.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes. Saturday 08:00 – 18:00 and Sunday 09:00 – 17:00. The 2pm same-day cut-off applies every day.
How do I pay?
Card or instant EFT at checkout, a normal bank transfer, or cash and card on delivery. Whatever suits you.
